This week is our Guest Week. Be our guest to come and try us out for free at any of our classes this week. Be sure to tell your friends.

Starting today we are going to be implementing new scaling options for the WoD everyday. “L1” “L2″ L3” will present options for you to choose. It will be able to provide everyone to experience the same workout for them.

L1 – Doing the workout as prescribed
L2 – Intermediate prescription – generally scaling reps or load or both
L3 – A deeper scaling of reps or load or both to illicit the same desired result.
