A) Clean Cycling

  • Max reps in :10 at 225/155# or 85%
  • Max reps in :20 at 205/145# or 75%
  • Max reps in :30 at 185/135# or 65%
  • Max reps in :40 at 155/105# or 55%

Rest 2 mins between each set.

B) For Time:
