Workout:
A) Clean Cycling
- Max reps in :10 at 225/155# or 85%
- Max reps in :20 at 205/145# or 75%
- Max reps in :30 at 185/135# or 65%
- Max reps in :40 at 155/105# or 55%
Rest 2 mins between each set.
B) For Time:
- 800m Run
- 70 Sit-ups
- 60 Wallballs
- 50 Jumping Pullups
- 40 Kettlebell swings
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Deadlifts
- 10 Cleans
