  Labor Day, Monday September 7, we will have a Community WoD – everyone is invited.  We will being doing a Hero workout for the 8 Police Officers who were killed recently.  This workout can be done as individual or as a team.  All are invited!

  • Anchored weighted sit-ups 
  • Push-ups
