Free Community Labor Day WoD – 9 AM. We will be doing a workout to honor the 8 officers who were killed in 9 days by completing a workout called “8 in 9”. Wear blue and bring a friend.
Workout:
9 rounds for time:
- 1 Deadlift, 275/185#
- 2 handstand push-ups
- 3 Box Jumps
- 4 wallballs
- 5 Burpees
- 6 Sit-ups
- 7 Walking Lunges
- 8 Kettlebells Swings
*Can be completed as individual or as a team.
