  Free Community Labor Day WoD – 9 AM. We will be doing a workout to honor the 8 officers who were killed in 9 days by completing a workout called “8 in 9”. Wear blue and bring a friend. 

Workout:

9 rounds for time:

  • 1 Deadlift, 275/185#
  • 2 handstand push-ups 
  • 3 Box Jumps
  • 4 wallballs
  • 5 Burpees
  • 6 Sit-ups 
  • 7 Walking Lunges
  • 8 Kettlebells Swings

*Can be completed as individual or as a team.
