  • Front squat: 3×7 @ 70% 
  • Strict press: 3×7 @ 70% 
  • Weighted Walking lunges: 4×80′ 
  • Incline bench press: 4×10 @ 70%

Box notes: there will be no Supplemental Saturday workouts for the next 2 weeks.  We will have members competing in competitions those weekends. Please plan accordingly.
