When did you start at CrossFit Quo Vadis and why?
- December 27th 2014. My wife Mandi wanted me to try it.
What has changed in your life since discovering CrossFit?
- I eat better – more healthy.
- Great coach. Like that I can scale and get a good workout without going RX. Great community and family atmosphere. Knowing some days I do really well on workouts and other days I suck.
What’s your favorite movement?
- Power clean
What’s your least favorite movement?
What would you say to someone thinking about doing CrossFit?
- Try it. You’re not too old. It is challenging, but rewarding at the same time. CrossFit is not dangerous. With the proper training and guidance and knowing your bodies limitations you can perform the movements. I would rather scale and get a good work out in than attempt RX and hurt myself.
