 A) 5 sets of the following complex: 

  • 12 Dead Lifts 
  •  9 Hang Power Cleans 
  •  6 Push Jerks

You need to hold onto the bar the entire complex, you drop the bar on the 11th deadlift to regrip the bar, but it shouldn’t be more than 1 second.  Increase the load after each set. 

B) EMOMx7: :40 Double-unders, :20 rest
