A) 1/2 “Nicole” – AMRAP 10

*Every time you drop off of bar you must run 400m. The goal is to establish a max set of unbroken pull-ups. Score is TOTAL pull-ups completed in 10 min.

  • 20 Medball cleans (20/14#)
