Workout:

Every :90 until failure starting with an empty barbell

  • Snatch 1 rep, adding 5-10# every set

Once you fail twice

  • Clean & Jerk, 1 rep adding 5-10# every set

Once you fail twice

  • Deadlift, 1 rep adding 10# every set until you fail twice
