  • 2 10-meter shuttle runs
  • 4 Sandbag Over the Shoulder
  • 4 10-meter shuttle runs
  • 6 Sandbag Over the Shoulder
  • 6 10-meter shuttle runs

Continue as high as possible in within the six minutes

B) EMOM x10:

  • Odd: 10 Toes to Bar
  • Even: 10 Push Press, 95/65#
