  • 100m @ slow jog – 100m @ jog – 100m @ hard run – 100m @ sprint 
  • 200m @ 70% – 200m @ 90%
  • 400m for time

B) Jerk Balance 3 x 3 

C) 15 min. to find 1RM Split Jerk from rack
