  The 2016 Open is closed.  None us made it to Regionals (darn). It’s time to get back to regular training!
3 RFT:

  • 12 OHS, 115/85# (95/75# – 65/55#)
  • 12 Box Jumps

When the clock hits 12 minutes, complete:

3 rounds for time:

  • 15 Push Jerks, 115/85#  (95/75# – 65/55#)
  • 15 Chest to bar pull-ups (Pull-ups – banded pull-up)

Record both times.
