A) Warm up, feel something heavy then go for a 20 rep max Back Squat go to a dark place with this one, but keep form tight. 

B) Teams of 3 complete (1 athlete works at a time):

  • 600m Run
  • 150 Cal Row
  • 100 Box Jumps
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53#
  • 50 Pull-ups
