This week is a “deload” week. We will hit the conditioning hard and fast. After the metcon we will spend significant time doing mobility and stretch work.

A) For time:

  • 50-40-30-20-10 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 25-20-15-10-5 Wallballs

B) 5 RFT:

  • 50 Double unders

Rest :30 between rounds
