A) Squat 3×5 (+5 lbs to last workout)
B) Press 3×5 (+2.5 lbs to last workout)
C) Complete one round every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (10 rounds):
- 1 Reverse Sandbag Toss
- 2 Power Cleans
- 3 Front Squats
- 4 Burpees over the bar
*For Power Clean and Front Squat, use bodyweight, ladies 75% bodyweight.
