A) Back Squat 3×5 (add 5# from Monday)

B) Bench Press (add 2.5# from last week)

C) Four 3 minute AMRAPs with 1 minute rest between rounds 

  • 3 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105#
  • 6 Push-ups 
  • 9 Ring Dips, if you can muscle up, do dips from high rings
