A) Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs from Monday)
B) Bench Press (add 2.5 lbs from last Thursday)
C) EMOM x 15 minutes:
- 3 Wall Walk with Push Up
- 3 1-Arm Russian Swing, 70/53# (each side)
- 30 Russian Twist, 26-44# for men, 15- 35# for ladies (use a kettlebell/sandbag, dumbbell, or plate)
