HOW TO START!?   Click HERE to Register.

  1. Click the link above or contact us at info@crossiftquovadis.com or 903.271.1640 to schedule a time to tour our facility and see our community!
  2. After initial contact, we will schedule your an assessment appointment with a coach.Ready for class. After your assessment new CrossFitters will have a FUNDAMENTALS Class. Veteran CrossFit athletes will be ready to join their next class!
    1. Scheduling a FUNDAMENTALS Class – this serves as an introduction on the basics of CrossFit. We will discuss the 9 foundational movements, several other movements you will frequently see, form, technique, the philosophy and science behind CrossFit, nutrition, terminology, and a variety of workouts to give you a feel for what it is like to be in our class setting.

WHAT TO WEAR

Dress according to climate.  When it’s cold – wear layers.

CLASSES WILL START PROMPTLY TO ENSURE PROPER WARMUP.
