CrossFit Kids Camp

A Spring fitness program for the youth in Ennis. CrossFit Kids + Self Defense
Once again we will offer our “Quo Vadis Kids” program. A CrossFit Kids program focused on making exercise FUN. Teaching children, ages 5-11, how to move well, take a healthy approach to fitness and body image. The kids will build up a sweat but most importantly enjoy their experience of exercise! In addition to CrossFit, we will be offering a Self Defense Martial Arts class empowering the youth basic skills to protect themselves, focusing on a fun way to learn to anti-kidnapping and self defense methods.
We are starting the fall with a 8 week camp this Spring and hope to offer another 8 week camp to finish the Spring semester headed into our Summer program. Families can choose to do CrossFit and Self Defense OR one or the other. Our goal for each session to ensure children safety and help them become better. Camps are limited to 15 spots each.
